proper size tool for the job

    Good morning all.
I am trying to find the right tool for the job. I am in the process removing 3/16 rivets from a milled steel reciever on an old gun. I have no clue where to begin. I am looking for the proper size air chisel, proper air hose size, and proper amount of psi required to do the job. I was assigned this project knowing little to nothing about tool requirements and those before obviously had no idea as well judging by the quickness in which I am going thru air chisels and coupling bearings in the air hoses. Thank you for your time and help.
