Advice: Looking for high pressure pneumatic reference

Hi. I am developing a specialised measurement system which uses a back pressure valve. This valve requires a pressure reference (air). I'm interested in any comments from experts on the best way to go about obtaining this reference pressure, and any manufacturer recommendations. My thoughts are to design this as a simple cylinder with a bladder (rubber or stainless, like a dampener) with water on the outside. I have available high pressure water, so via a valve or controlled compression (don't have much electric power available) I should be able to compress the air in the bladder to the pressure I need, and adjust it by pumping water in or out. The valve only requires 1cc or so, and pressure range needed is 50 to 200 Bar. So a cylinder with 250 ccs should be enough - probably initially charged to about 10bar. Note that the system will not be accessible, so it has to be operated electrically, as it is enclosed in a pressure housing as part of a tool string. Space is also limited (about 2 inches diameter).

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Sounds like a simple pressure switch arrangement that would activate on a low pressure threshold "ON" and a high pressure threshold "BLEED".

The low pressure switch would have a low on pressure and a high off pressure setting or adjustment.

Similar to a well pump pressure switch
