Spline Shaft design

I am trying to design a spline shaft .
I have the female part and i have to design the shaft
I am not able to know which standard it is made up of
The angle is 60deg between the flank and the profile is straight
The O.D is 17.50 and I.D. is 15.70
No. of teeth 32
also i have no clue what class it is made of
I have tried searching for SAE and ISO but it dint match those
Can anyone please help me ??
