    looking for a special valve

    Hello,
I do not really know if this is the right place to post this message ... if it's not then I'm sorry
I am looking for a valve that allows the flow of liquid but prevent air escaping out form let's say a sealed container ...
    Is there such a thing?

Not so much that you need a valve but a "Vapor-Liquid Separator".

If the water pressure is greater than the air pressure - you're good to go with any compatible valve.

It's like Kelly said - any valve should be fine. Just measure it up and find something that fits and you're good to go. Or do you have any tricks up your sleeve?
