Force required for tipping of structure

Not my area of expertise so I'm reaching out. I would like to know an equation I could use to find the force needed to tip the below structure.

The initial tipping load for a vertical concentrated point load on the table top is: W = (F applied X radius of application point) - (table wt X base dia /2); but, this does not apply for any other type of loading and/or nonvertical loading.
