Doubt about the Single FCF for Hole and Bore

    Hello Friends

    Please refer the attached image.

I totally confused about the single and double FCF for Hole and counterbore.

Now how to calculate the total positional tolerance for the following conditions.

Sl. No.) Hole Dia, Counterbore dia.
    1) Ø6.3 Ø9.4-9.6
    2) Ø6.4 Ø9.4-9.6
    3) Ø6.3 Ø9.4
    4) Ø6.4 Ø9.6
    5) Ø6.4 Ø9.4
    6) Ø6.3 Ø9.6
    7) Ø6.3-6.4 Ø9.4
    8) Ø6.3-6.4 Ø9.6

    thanks in advance

The FCF applies to both the Hole and counterbore hole simultaneously.

MMC for the hole is 6.3 and MMC for the Counterbore hole is 9.4.

There will be two separate Size vs FCF Tolerance acceptance charts.

The best way me ME to help you is for you to become a premium member. I can then direct you to examples within one of my ASME or ISO books.
