    Help with Plane frame analysis

hello guys, I've been struggling with something lately. its manual analysis of a 2x2 plane frame and later design of a its members. its a simple question but unfortunately I've not good at doing it by hand :| so your help is very much appreciated

here is the initial info :
    1. fc=28MPa , fy=400MPa
    2. needs to be analyzed for earthquake loads too. (calculated C=0.18 for base shear method.)
    3. here is the frame :

    its 2x2 : x: 6+8 m , y: 5+4 m

so guys, what method should i use for the best and quick answers? can you at least show me how to use method on this frame?

    thanks in advance ))

The Steel Designers Manual has loads of examples for different load cases of frames. It doesn't deal combined cases though so you'll have to add all that up yourself. The quickest and easiest way would be to put it through an analysis program of your choice.
