engineered continuous wave signal source at the ISM frequency of 13.56Mhz.

hello all I'm needing help with a project I was assigned and here it is:

Design a engineered continuous wave signal source at the ISM frequency of 13.56Mhz. This will be for a closed (non-signal radiating) application. Power level of at least 10 watts into a 50 ohm non reactive load , an appropriate RF WATTMETER and dummy load for testing the power level should be used.

I not sure how to approach this project, meaning like designing it, components, what type of power source to use, etc.
    Would greatly appreciate comments

The way you describe the problem, including the testing setup, along with the fact that you offered zero thoughts of your own toward a solution causes me to think this is homework. Is it?
