    spreader bar help

Just wondering if anyone could help me with the design of this lifting frame . see attached.
It is for lifting boats. Will be used below a 4 leg chain. The drawing shows the opposing chain legs at 90 degrees I can use longer chains and reduce that angle to 60 degrees if it would significantly reduce steel section I need and overall weight of the frame. vertical force on each of the 4 corners is 8 metric tonnes, total lift of 32 tonnes. frame size 4M x 3M.
    Any help much appreciated

You will get a better response with specific questions rather than a general request for assistance. Do you know how to calculate the actual loading on the various segments of steel and cable?
