    American standard Keys and Keyseat

    Hello,
please excuse my English but I'm writing from Italy. This is my first post here, hope I have chosen the right forum.
As the title said, I need to know the American Standard keys, keayseat and keyways, those rectangular with round ends, especially I need to know the standard lenght available on purchase. That's because I'm doing a project for the USA and I have trouble to find this information on internet.
    Thanks in advance.
    Moks

    Hi,
usually there is two column (from/to) for the nominal diameter. but in the list below i see only one.
My shaft is 2.75"...which will be my key...5/8 or 3/4 ?

I saw the second link and it seems to me that in America the most common keys are square ends, rather than the rounded ends, is that right? Thanks
    Ciao
