Restricting the movement of Jaws

Hello,

I have a Goss & Deleuw 123 machine. The machine uses two vertical jaws to hold the part in place. The movement is controlled by a motor.

With the new part I'm trying to run, I don't want the jaw to open all the way.

Is there a way to restrict the movement of jaw to a shorter distance? Does anyone know of jaw keepers? How does it work?
