    Can you 3d print foam/sponge?

    I been searching the internet but could not find anything relevant to the subject. is it possible to 3d print something like a womans makeup sponge (like a beauty blender)?


    the material is: Latex-free Hydrophilic Polyurethane

    I read that there is a filament that is porous after printing and then soaking in water. I believe it is a German product, search the internet for "LayCeramic"

    I have read somewhere that by using PE on Hyrel printers we can print it, but surface texture will be different.

    I think you are looking for synthetic fibers or Nylon. These are using in makeup brushes....
