    Datum use on round part

Need some help with this. I’m not sure how to interpret and calculate the positions of the outer 8x holes and the outer diameter in reference to the center hole when using the datum callout on this drawing. Any help with this is much appreciated!

Datum "A" is the origin of measurement, each of the 8 hole features axis must fall within a cylindrical tolerance boundary of .002 diameter offset from the Datum A origin Dia .0374/2 or a radius offset of 0.0187.

Each hole is radially offset an equal distance of 360 deg / 45 deg..
