    Gd&t true position with basic angle

    Ca anyone assist with explaining how you would verify the true position attached to the .168 dimension. I understand standard true position with typical x,y coordinates but cannot wrap my head around this one.

    What measuring equipment do you have? CMM?, surface plate and height gage? A sine plate will be useful to rotate the part from Datum A and B.

    we have a micro vu, vision inspection system. I also have conventional inspection methods available (height gage, surface plate, etc)

    Once your established AB alignment is rotated by fixed 60 degrees, any point of the the axis of .168 feature has to lie within .005 cylindrical zone.
