    Difference between 2 waterwheels

    Given 2 waterwheels of the same overall dimension (only 1 blade shown but will have 16).
    The 1st a normal centre axis, the 2nd rolling on 2 pairs of rollers. What would the speed and torque be at each of the 4 orbital wheels be. All are driven by gear wheels. The 1st is driven by the centre axle, the 2nd an external gear attached to to the wheel face.

    Sorry, I meant to ask for the differences (if any) between the 2, not actual output figures. Are there available formulas for the calcs?
