Deflection and Stress of arm with an angle

I'm trying to use a piece of sheet metal for a project that has an angle in it and want to calculate the stresses and deflection to see how thick the metal should be. I want to calculate at various loads. Currently the design is shaped kind of like a crane, fixed at the bottom, goes straight up 5" then has a 30 degree bend for 10" then straight up for 3". Load is at the top of the arm straight down. I just need help setting up how to calculate.

    Thanks for the help!
