Rule of thumb strength question. Brass vs stainless steel

    Good day.

Can anyone point me to where I might find the difference in strength between brass and stainless pls?

I have a projectected wall thickness of 1.35mm in brass and I'm concerned its too thin to take the rotational stresses. The alternative (due to it being in contact with drinking water) is to construct out of stainless. I'm looking to understand how much stronger the diff types of stainless would be.

I fully understand there is no substitute for size, but understanding the strength properties would help me decide
