Differences in Chilled water loop ∆P measured at different places

If a chilled water pumping system was maintaining 15 psi ∆P in a closed loop at the pumps in the basement of a 6 story building, would the ∆P read differently at each ascending floor?

If this is a closed system pressured above that produced by gravity then the pressure is the same everywhere except during flow.

If it is a gravity system the system will vary with elevation.
