    Profile with MMB modifier -question

Hi everyone. Long time lurker here, I really appreciate all the expertise that is shared. I've learned quite a bit from you all, so I first wanted to say thanks!!

My question.... I am wondering if there is an advantage to having the MMBs in the attached FCF on datums B & C? Does datum shift help in this instance? I don't see the advantage personally so I am hoping that someone can enlighten me.

-actual drawing not attached but similar enough to explain the situation
    -ASME Y14.5 2009

Thanks for any help you can give!

I don't think Datums B or C actually help restrain or oriented that planar surface in any way thus MMB is irrelevant.

The profile of surface in specifying the location (+ & - ) relative to Datum A and a form (flatness) within the lower frame.
Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.

Perfect! Thank you for looking at that for me!
