    Runout on partial diameter

Hi guys, Is it okay to apply runout for a non-diametrical feature as shown? (attached)
    ASME 14.5Y 2009
(the dims and tol are arbitrary, I am more interested in if it's technically correct, possible and/or recommended to use runout in a situation like this)

Thanks for any guidance that you can provide!

Yes you can however I would use the "Between" symbol to indicate where the circular runnout applies.
Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.
