    Is angle iron strong enough

    Hi Friends

I am looking to attach a Structure 8.4 X 3 x 3.6 meters made out of eps z lock panels ie refregeration panels that have 75mm eps core sanwiched betwwen .6 mm galvanised sheet of loaded to a maximum of 3.5 tonne to a trailer. 2.4 X 6.2 METERS.

I am thinking of using 2 X 25 x 25 X 3 MM ANGLE IRON G300 lengths one for each side Pop riveting the angle iron at 100 mm intervals to the panel floor using 4.8 mm rivets and bolting the angle iron to the trailer frame ( which is 50 X 50 mm ) at 1200 mm intervals usoing 12mm bolts.

I have attached a picture of the setup the red is the refrigeration panel stucture Blue is the trailer and black is the angle iron.

    Thanks very much
