B16.4 - Gray Iron Threaded Fittings

This Standard for gray iron threaded fittings, Classes 125 and 250 covers: (a) pressure-temperature ratings (b) size and method of designating openings of reducing fittings (c) marking (d) material (e) dimensions and tolerances (f) threading, and (g) coatings

Y32.7 - Graphics Symbols for Railroad Maps and Profiles

It is required that when graphic symbols are used from this Standard or another Standard, that have a similar or identical shape or configuration, and are shown on the same drawing or set of drawings, steps shall be taken (such as: reference or caution notes, comparison charts, illustrating the conflicting graphic symbols together with proper identification, etc.) To avoid misinterpretation of the symbols used. This requirement is especially critical if the graphic symbols used are from different disciplines and therefore, represent devices, conductors, or lines of flow, that if misinterpreted might cause damage to the equipment or be dangerous to the life of servicing or operating personnel.

Y32.4 - Graphic Symbols for Plumbing Fixtures for Diagrams used in Architecture & Building Construction

This Standard presents graphic symbols for plumbing fixtures for use on drawings created by architects, engineers and plumbing contractors. Included in Section 5 are symbols for the more common fixtures found in the average building. Included in Section 6 are symbols for the special types of fixtures utilized in hospitals and institutions. By the use of these symbols on their plans, designers and builders will have a uniform method for indicating plumbing fixtures and related items. Drawings will thus be more concise and more easily understood. cause damage to the equipment or be dangerous to the life of servicing or operating personnel.

B5.49 - Glossary of Power Press Terms

This Standard provides a glossary of terms commonly used in the industries that manufacture or use mechanically and hydraulically powered presses.

B107.44 - Glazier's Chisels and Wood Chisels-Safety Requirements

This Standard provides performance and safety requirements for glaziers' chisels and wood chisels. It is intended to serve as a guide in selecting, testing, and using the hand tools covered. It is not the purpose of this . Standard to specify the details of manufacturing. This Standard is also meant to serve as a guide in developing manuals and posters, and for training personnel to work safely. This Standard may be used as a guide by state authorities or other regulatory bodies in the formulation of laws or regulations. It is also intended for voluntary use by establishments that use or manufacture the tools covered. The methods employed to ensure compliance with this Standard shall be determined by the proper regulatory or administrative authority.

B4.3 - General Tolerances for Metric Dimensioned Products

This standard shows how to specify the general tolerances for metric dimensions without tolerance designation. The fine and medium tolerance series, as shown in Table 1, are mostly applicable to machined parts, and the coarse series show tolerances for use on all types of dimensions.

B27.6 - General Purpose Uniform Cross Section Spiral Retaining Rings

This standard is intended to cover complete general and dimensional data for two series of general purpose uniform cross section spiral retaining rings which may be used with the nominal size shafts and housings listed and in grooves of the recommended dimensions listed.

B27.7 - General Purpose Tapered and Reduced Cross Section Retaining Rings, Metric

This standard is intended to cover complete general and dimensional data for three series of general purpose tapered and reduced cross section retaining rings which may be used with the nominal size shafts and housings listed and in grooves of the recommended dimensions listed. Also included are formulas and tolerances on which dimensional data are based. Three appendixes include guidance for assembly and recommended standard drawing formats. The inclusion of dimensional data in this standard is not intended to imply that all of the products described are stock production sizes. Consumers should consult with manufacturers concerning lists of stock production sizes. taken as referring to the space contained by two parallel faces of any part, such as the width of a slot, the thickness of a key, etc.

B27.8M - General Purpose Metric Tapered Reduced Cross Section Retaining Rings Type 3DM1-Heavy Duty External Rings

This standard is intended to cover complete general and dimensional data for three series of general purpose metric tapered and reduced cross section retaining rings which may be used with the nominal size shafts and in grooves of the recommended dimensions listed. Also included are formulas and tolerances on which dimensional data are based. Three appendixes include guidance for assembly and recommended standard drawing formats. The inclusion of dimension data in this standard is not intended to imply that all of the pro- ducts described are stock production sizes. Consumers should consult with manufacturers concerning lists of stock production sizes.
