We mfg. industrial PC and LCD monitors. Small company, 4 assemblers, 8 office. We currently use Win Explorer with camera pictures and descriptions for our build procedures. Nice and clean but lack detail. We started using Word documents (imported these pictures) to gain more detail, and we save these off as PDF's so the shop floor can use them and print them off as a booklet. The problem is this is duplicating efforts and before we get too far down the road here, want to see if anyone out there has had this problem or if there are any good ideas as to how to make this more efficient.
