l want install Automatic Self Cleaning Filter to protection nozzle.
Dirt load = 30 ppm Flow rate = 340 m3/h Filtration degree = 50 micron Operating pressure = 18 barg The pressure loss during backwash process will cause damage to screen.(Differential pressure) Do you have any solution to maintain system pressure during backwashing?(Flushing)

Can you somehow reinforce the filter screen? A cage of some sort? |

1) what kind of system are you using this in?
2) do you have not have a backflushing system installed to reduce dp? 3) how often do you clean or replace said filters? steel micromesh filters will not really collapse or fail in any given circumstance other then becoming clogged with crap. |
