hi, can anybody tell which side concave surface of the disc washer should be put -nut side or the body against which nut is being torqued? Both the surfaces of the body and nut are identical.

I have always done and seen the concave side away from the fastener (Nut). Of course, if using a large flat washer between the Belleville and nut, I doubt it matters. |
