I am looking for some advice in selecting an accelerometer that will be used in a cubeSAT form factor onboard a rocket. It's function would be to detect the rocket's apogee and turn on other compoments of the system at apogee via microcontroller. The major constraints are size and weight (smaller and lighter being the objective).
