Membership Terms and Conditions on Engineers Edge

The following applies to all paid and non-paid membership to Engineers Edge resources.

These terms and conditions may have been updated, it is advised that you review these terms an conditions periodically.

The following Membership terms and conditions (Membership Terms) govern access to, and use (as a Member) of the Engineers Edge www.engineersedge.com) network.

After any membership only (premium, etc.) resources have been accessed, refunds will NOT issued .
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled by member. Cancellation link is located at the top left of your member dashboard panel.
Use of your username and password is conclusive evidence that you have accessed the Membership sections of the Sites.
Once you click “I agree” you will be deemed to have agreed to the Membership Terms and a legally binding contract, incorporating those Membership Terms, will then exist between you and www.engineersedge.com in relation to your use of the Sites.”
Engineers Edge content, resources, downloads, etc is being presented in an as-is condition. If you do have any challenges with your membership, access or content it is your responsibility to notify Engineers Edge staff immediately for resolution.
Engineers Edge does not provide engineering, design or manufacturing consulting services or training on content, tools, excel calculators, or functional technical assistance on the resources herein. The user member (YOU) is responsible for the interpretation and application of all technical content presented on Engineers Edge. Engineers Edge staff will provide guidance on available resources or suggestive web page and resource location on request.

All communications shall be facilitated in writing via your Helpdesk function available in the member dashboard.
User is responsible for all payments submitted.
The Sites and the content uploaded to the Sites are available to be viewed by any person browsing the internet but only a person, who has agreed to the Membership Terms.
If you do not want to agree to these Membership Terms, you should navigate away from this page.
Your Membership is non-transferable.
Once Membership is granted you will only be able to access all areas of the Sites with use of the username and password you set up at the time you become a Member. You are responsible for each and every access or use of the Sites that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password.
You must use all reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential. You must not allow any third party to access the Sites using your username and password and make use of the Sites on your behalf.
You must notify www.engineersedge.com in writing as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Member Account, username or password.
Professional conduct is expected when using any resource, communications, or when within engineering forum posts. Engineers Edge reserves the right to suspend partial or full access to Engineers Edge network.

You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for, and will indemnify www.engineersedge.com, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against, any and all claims made by a third party arising out of your access to, and use of, the Sites as a Member.
