Volume and Surface Area of Cylinder Equation

A cylinder is a simple geometric shape with two equally-sized and parallel circular bases. If you want to know how to calculate the volume of a cylinder, all you have to do is find the height (h), and the radius (r), and plug it in to a simple formula: V = hπr2.

V = volume
r = radius
d = Diameter
h = Height

Input Volume Data
Length or Height h (in, mm) =
Radius r (in, mm) =
Volume V (in3, mm3) =
Input Surface Area Data
Length h (in, mm) =
radius (in, mm) =
Surface Area S (in2, mm2) =
Input Total Area
Length h (in, mm) =
Radius r (in, mm) =
Surface Area A (in2, mm2) =
