using beam deflection calc?

using the beam deflection calc. I don't follow what is being ask for as "Distance from Neutral Axis".

I'm looking to find the deflection of several possible choices of beam shape and size to use
in a machine I'm designing. I know the Section Modulus and loads... just don't get what to
plug into the "Distance from Neutral Axis" slot.

any supported help would be nice.
