Hi Slawomir,

An inspection dimension usually just indicates a dimension that will be used frequently during the manufacturing process of product that will be produced in a production line for quality control.
This is placed on the print to help production identify dimensions that will be useful in controlling the protions of the product which matter for additional fit of connecting parts or functions. Often it is wise to provied an additional print for this purpose without the other dimensions on it for use outside engineering. However, engieering needs to keep a master print with ALL dimensions which indicates which dimensions were indicated as 'inspection dimensions' on the additional production version.

does that help?
