How does MMC (Maximum Material Condition) effect the true position calculation? My specification on my print is:
True position, Dia. 0.25mm MMC, Datum-A, Datum-B MMC, Datum-C MMC.
I can't seem to find an answer to this question. My CMM software subtracts the bonus tolerance from the actual true position measurement, and adds the bonus tolerance to the 0.25mm.
I would appreciate any guidance.
