Flat latout for sheet metal rolled radially formula needed.

I have a rolled aluminum sheet metal with a 30.18" radius and have cutouts in it. Is there a formula that anyone can provide for calculating the length of the curves into a flat layout so that we can pre-cut this flat then roll-it?
