As an advanced CAD user, I would suggest you to decide what you use the CAD for. After your decision there are many fast efficient programs in the market. I suppose you are a mechanical engineer because you use Pro. I would suggest you to have a check on AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop too.. It has a very powerful component library that you can create parts or even any kind of shaft, column beam etc. You can also save a lot of time in your designs.
