'MS33601' - anybody recognize this ???

I have come across a requirement 'extrude per MS33601'.
I believe this to be the dimensional profile of an extruded aluminum (7075-T6) part that is used as a cargo tie-down strip in aircraft cargo bays. Our particular part has a cross section of about .50" x 1.38" wide with a T-slot running its entire length.

Does anybody recognize this spec and if so, what is it, and where could I get a copy of it?
