Recommend, if your requirement has Zinc plating as the electroplate type: ASTM-B-633

Usually specified like:
ASTM-B-633 Type II, Class 3
or in lieu of 'Class', you'll find in the ASTM-B-633, a 'service class', eg. SC3 or often SC5;
which specify thickness.
By the way the Type II is the Yellow chromate conversion, that provides a greater corrosion resistance.

This spec and call out is most typically seen on fasteners and stamping products.
