Edit
When measuring "Axial Runout" = Wobble of a flate plates surface that has a "Dish", should that measurement be subtracted out of the total runout.

Example:While mesuring a saw blade for run out, we measure one side first. Locate the indicator to zero, the reading in the indicator reads ( +.004 ), we flip over the blade.
The indicator reads from (-.002 to -.004)

Should the total TIR be .008 or do you discount the dish of (-.002) and call the reading TIR of .006?

What significance would the dish play in the performance of the saw blade?
