I am trying to find standard dimensions for countersinks for flat head socket screws.  I can find data on taps and counterbores, but nothing for countersinks.  Please help!!!

Screws come in several countersink angles. ... 81° & 100° are the most common. You counter sink to a diameter that allows the screw to set from .0000 to .010 below the top surface. (however this can vary greatly by the function and discipline or trade doing the work). Machinery's Handbook will furnish charts to express the height of the various screw size heads and angles, to set the depth/diameter to match.

Use the 81° countersunk screws when it is more important to firmly locate the part in a firm position and it is of a somewhat lessor importance of strength against the threaded part.

Use the 100° countersunk screws when it is more important to hold the part firmly against the threaded part without a screw head sticking up and the position is of a somewhat lesser importance.

said another way:
The 81° screw has more locating value
The 100° screw has more clamping value
