Hi,

I am trying to find out the steel grade and specs required to fabricate a storage tank for diesel fuel without having to fork out $275 for the API 650 standard.

I would appreciate any info. on the steel specs required to adhere to the above mentioned standard.

It's about 75 pages long and without knowing exactly what your environmental conditions are as well as the materials you are planning on using (plate, section, tube, etc.) there's no quick answer. I'd purchase the specification and charge it to the project.
