American Society for Materials ASM handbook number 2. That is common brass with a little tin for machineablity. Need to know what the degree of cold work. Comes annealed, quarter hard, half hard, and full hard.  Usually in cold drawn bars. Full hard is of course much higher strength but lower elongation.
