thermoforming Question

Hi everyone,

I want to learn more about thermoforming. Kind of machine, brand name and the manufacture? Material usualy use for this plastic forming ( food grade ).
Is there anyone outthere can help me with this? a web site, a catalogue or maybe a journal, it would be very helpfull.
