What is the right capacity in (KVA/KW) of Power Generator to
supply a 50 KVA STRESS RELIEVING EQUIPMENT?

First off, what is "stress relieving equipment". If it is a purely resisant heater then the KVA and the KW are equal and they would be 50.If it is inductive type heating, then you will have to get the power factor from the manufacturer to determine the KVA. Then:
KVA=KW/pf
where pf= power factor which is always less than 1
