Yes, I have known for a long time that EE needs more O-ring stuff. All I have is a generic 16-point do and don't page - /oring_general.htm. How about the following: Typical O-ring sizes and tolerances on sizes Standard size O-ring gland (groove) size charts (Static and dynamic) and a calculator for odd sizes. It is probably easier to just do a calculator since there are so many o-ring sizes. Compression Load per linear Inch relative to shore hardness. Typical o-ring materials and thier applications. Updated design considerations for o-rings What am I missing?

You have it.. I had to leave my o-ring data when I changed jobs about 1-1/4 years ago and have come up empty. Now, I find myself wanting to check some gland sizes per o-ring cross section. I realize this is an old thread, but wanted to contribute. Parker has a neat software package called inPhorm, which guides you thru the whole o-ring selection and design process, ending up with a dimensioned drawing and spec sheet. They have similar packages for other stuff, but I've only used the o-ring part. It works, and it's free.
