Hi I am having the same question on my side also.. But while searching the net i could find only the basic explanation that Astm WCB specifies Wrought Carbon of Grade B and Wc1 as Wrought Carbon of Grade 1.. If anyone explains in more detail i would appreciate their help...Thanks in advance.. Regards, Rajkumar
