What is the effect of temperature of liquid and shell temperature during calibration of tanks? Whether any standard is mentioning about this?

yes calibration of oil tank may depend on temp we need to check the oil specification(garvity,density,etc ) and comprative chart between temp verses vaolume

check your API specifications & standards. I don't think their
is, but it's better to check & make sure.
