In this we face a frequent problem of Screw conveyor jamming. Can anyone think of the solution to avoid this without any major modification in the system

1. bearings should free from coal dust

Can you express what sort of jam you are getting... at the bearings?

IE: caused by chunks of product? caused by metal screw parts rubbing the housing? other?

How long, how big of a diamenter, and of what is the screw and housing made of?
