Normally in any hydralic ckt; if suppose designed to apply a pressure of say 50 bar , we therotically say that pressure developes (builds) from 1 bar to 50 dar . If their is a requriment that applied pressure should be constant & controlled for a specified time period , can we design & manufacture such a hydralic ckt.Ie. I want a ckt which apply 50 bar pressure for 1 minute time span.

The answer is yes. You will need an electricaly actuated pressure compensated pump, a timer, and a means to activate the timer. The pump will recirculate the hydraulic fluid to the reservoir at a very low pressure. When it is actuated by the timer, the recirculation stops and the pump pressure (this is adjustable) builds to 50 bar in your circuit. The timer operates for 1 minute then shuts off causing pump to return to it's low bypass pressure. Of course, there are many details to be known to make your circuit work. I'm only presenting the basic principle here that answers your question.

hello we can mantain pressure depend up on following factors .
1.hydraulic pump pressure what ur using?
2. oil viscosity
we can maitain ur desired pressures hours together in less span of time.
