How to cut circular slots on a disc shape shaped aluminium piece.
Can we use milling cutters to accomplish that..

You do not drill nor ream a circular slot... and broaching would take ages...

I don't know how big your disks are nor how thick they are, nor what sized slots you want to swing.

Assuming they will fit on a standard mill, use a two or three flute end mill at a high rpm with lots of coolant. If the disk can have a hole in the center mount the disk and rotate it after the end mill has periced. If no hole, trap the disk so it can be rotated as for example on a rotery table. If you have a CNC, circular inturpt the slot.

Another way is with an end mill mounted in a router. You can rig to rotate the part or to rotate the router. Be careful not to get coolant in the router motor.

A carbide cutter would be nice if you can afford it and is highy recommended for the router method.

Normally for conventional milling machines, they would use an end mill cutter to create either straight cut vertical or horizontal slots on the attached blanks. But, to create circular slots, I would presume drilling, reaming and broaching would be much better. Depends on individual preferences too. Just my point of view
