But please do not loose your interest in Clockwis and Anticlock forum and Self tensioning forums.

Anyways- Wanna know how to check wut size of blade u want for ur required velocity

(Torque*Ang speed (RPM))/5252 = Horse Power

Given the angular speed and Horse Power,usually with Engine manual- calcualate TORQUE

Torque= Moment of Inertia*angular Velocity

Angular Vel = Acc*time = velocity

So known the Torque and Velocity all u need is moment of Inertia

Moment of Inertia = m (mass) * radisus of blade

so find out moment of Inertia (which I do not know) ??
mass u can find -
than calculate get the Radius of blade
Easy - huh-

Start here:

/motors/motor_menu.shtml look towards the bottom for "Electric Motor Torque and Force Equations and Calculations" and select one of the links.
