Joe,A couple of possibilities...Is this a 3 dimensional datum? If so there you are.Is the print dimensioned as X and Y axis cords?If so, is the hole given both X and Y dimensions from the datum 'A'?If so I assume this is a thru hole or hole witha depth given. Thus this is all you need... my best
