Outdoor webcam continuous broadcasting?

Hi Guys,

OK, snowed in so bored and dog driving me nuts.

Thinking it might be nice to have a camera outside, or looking outside through a window continuously streaming to the internet.

Anyone doing this? Care to share the details and save me some research work?

Oregon has TripCheck (http://tripcheck.com/Pages/RCMap.asp...s&curRegion=10 and click on a camera) which shows stills taken every so often, but I'd like a live feed for friends and relatives to check my back yard or wherever I point the camera.

Thanks Kelly, but they are networked cameras. I was after the cheap approach using a webcam. I am making progress though. There is some free Msoft Media software. It requires some programming at the website end but it looks like the price is right and will do what I need.

I'll post details when I get further along with it and it is all working.
